History
RCO was formed in 1974 when the founding partners left positions with a national accounting firm and purchased a small accounting practice. The firm grew rapidly, becoming one of the largest local public accounting firms in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. Today, RCO has a staff of approximately fifty people serving a diverse group of clients with business operations in Texas and throughout the United States. From the very beginning, our goal has been to deliver valuable services to our clients while adhering to the highest standards of quality and integrity. As a natural outgrowth of that commitment and our desire to expand the resources available to our clients, RCO accepted an invitation to join the McGladrey Alliance in 1995.

McGladrey Alliance is a premier affiliation of independent accounting and consulting firms. RCO accepted an invitation to join the Alliance because of our commitment to our clients and our determination to stay on the forefront of the issues that affect them. Our affiliation with the Alliance provides access to the capabilities of a national accounting and consulting firm and allows us to provide resources normally available only through a national accounting firm.
