Kelly earned his B.B.A. in accounting from Texas A&M University in 1991 and his Master of Science in Taxation from Texas A&M University in 1993. Kelly joined Rylander, Clay & Opitz, LLP in January 2005 after seven years in public accounting with Arthur Andersen LLP, Houston, Texas and three years with a local firm in Houston, Texas. He is responsible for tax planning, research, and compliance for business, estate, trust, and individual clients.
