Jeff received his B.B.A. from the University of Texas at Arlington and his M.B.A. from the Neeley School at Texas Christian University. Jeff joined Rylander, Clay & Opitz, LLP in 2006. He has extensive experience as a consultant, business owner, and financial executive. Jeff is an Accredited Valuation Analyst (AVA) and manages the Litigation and Valuation Services Department.
