Shirley received her B.B.A. in accounting from University Texas Austin in 1989. She joined Rylander, Clay & Opitz, LLP in September 2005 after twenty five years in public accounting with John W. Michener, Jr., Attorney, Fort Worth, Texas. She is responsible for tax planning, research, and compliance for business and individual clients. Her areas of expertise are:
