Heather Banks

Heather received her B.B.A. in accounting from the University of Texas at Arlington in 2001 and her Master of Science in Taxation from the University of Texas at Arlington in 2004. She joined Rylander, Clay & Opitz, LLP in January 2001 and is responsible for tax planning, research, and compliance for businesses and individual clients.
